Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

At this time, Aknu Fynesse ships within the United States only.
Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination of the order.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
ORDER ACCURACY
Please ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Aknu Fynesse is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKGES
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.
If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If additional assistance is needed, please contact us at mortons15@icloud.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the damaged package and product.
