RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Aknu Fynesse, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our hair care products, we have established the following return and refund policy.
RETUNS
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, opened, used, or tampered-with products are not eligible for return or refund.
To be eligible for a return, items must
- Be unused and unopened
- Be in their original packaging
- Be approved for return prior to being shipped back
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mortons15@icloud.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
RETURNS AUTHORIZATIONS
Do not send products back without contacting us first.
Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided after your request has been reviewed and approved.
REFUNDS
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
SHIPPING COSTS
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or damaged item.
